FESTIVAL GADGET FREE ON A-C-D PACKS PURCHASE!

1) Packages C - D and DINNERS are in pre-sale only.
2) Tarifs are meant for double or triple rooms occupancy.
3) Surcharge for single room: 15,00 euros per night.
4) Reduction for quadruple room: 5,00 euros per person.
5) Prices above are for rooms at Grand Hotel Bologna; once all its rooms
are sold out, customers will be given rooms of other hotels which the GHB has a
deal with; price may vary according to the hotels. (A shuttle bus will bring the
customers from their accomodation to the Palacavicchi and vice-versa)
6) Entrance to the party: 15 € for non participants to the Festival.
7) Meals are not included in any package; you can book and purchase your dinner
pack at a discounted price (pre-sale only) and use it in the restaurants of the hotel.
8) Children up to 10 y.o. will get a 50% discount on the prices
of the packages - if prepaid.
9) Refund Policy: if you cancel your booking before the 15th of april, you
will get a 50 % refund or you could change the name on the booking; after that
date no refund will be due.
10) The hotel swimming pool may be used by the guests during opening hours.
